SEC. 635. NATIONAL RESEARCH SERVICE AWARDS WITH RESPECT TO TITLE VII PROGRAMS. Section 487(d)(3) (42 U.S.C. 288) is amended by inserting after “made available”, the first time such appears, the following: “to the Secretary, acting through the Administrator of the Health Re-sources and Services Administration,”.
