SEC. 1210. REPORT ON FEASIBILITY AND ADVISABILITY OF SENIOR OFFICER EXCHANGES BETWEEN THE ARMED FORCES OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE MILITARY FORCES OF TAIWAN. (a) Presidential Report.—Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the President shall submit to Congress a report on— (1) the feasibility and advisability of conducting combined operational training with, and exchanges of general and flag officers between, the Armed Forces of the United States and the military forces of Taiwan; and (2) the progress being made in meeting United States commitments to the security of Taiwan.116 STAT. 2670 (b) Classification of Report.—The report required by this section shall be submitted in unclassified form and, as necessary, in classified form.
