SEC. 1044. REPORT ON EFFORTS TO ENSURE ADEQUACY OF FIRE FIGHTING STAFFS AT MILITARY INSTALLATIONS. Not later than May 31, 2003, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to Congress a report on the actions being undertaken to ensure that the fire fighting staffs at military installations are adequate under applicable Department of Defense regulations.
