DESIGNATION OF BUILDING.

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION OF BUILDING. The building which will house the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas at Third Street and Lufkin Avenue in Lufkin, Texas, shall be known and designated as the “Ward R. Burke United States Courthouse”.
