MODIFICATION OF AUTHORITY TO CARRY OUT CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR 2000 PROJECT.

SEC. 2405. MODIFICATION OF AUTHORITY TO CARRY OUT CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR 2000 PROJECT. (a) Modification.—The table in section 2401(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2000 (division B of Public Law 106–65; 113 Stat. 835), as amended by section 2405 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2002 (division B of Public Law 107–107; 115 Stat. 1298), is further amended— (1) under the agency heading relating to Chemical Demilitarization, in the item relating to Blue Grass Army Depot, Kentucky, by striking “$254,030,000” in the amount column and inserting “$290,325,000”; and (2) by striking the amount identified as the total in the amount column and inserting “$748,245,000”. (b) Conforming Amendment.—Section 2405(b)(3) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2000 (113 Stat. 839), as so amended, is further amended by striking “$231,230,000” and inserting “$267,525,000”.
