SEC. 2407. MODIFICATION OF AUTHORITY TO CARRY OUT CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR 1997 PROJECT. (a) Modification.—The table in section 2401(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1997 (division B of Public Law 104–201; 110 Stat. 2775), as amended by section 2406 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 116 STAT. 26992000 (division B of Public Law 106–65; 113 Stat. 839), is further amended— (1) under the agency heading relating to Chemical Demilitarization Program, in the item relating to Pueblo Chemical Activity, Colorado, by striking “$203,500,000” in the amount column and inserting “$261,000,000”; and (2) by striking the amount identified as the total in the amount column and inserting “$607,454,000”. (b) Conforming Amendment.—Section 2406(b)(2) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1997 (110 Stat. 2779), as so amended, is further amended by striking “$203,500,000” and inserting “$261,000,000”.
