EXTENSION OF AUTHORIZATIONS OF CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR 2000 PROJECTS.

SEC. 2702. EXTENSION OF AUTHORIZATIONS OF CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR 2000 PROJECTS. (a) Extension of Certain Projects.—Notwithstanding section 2701 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2000 (division B of Public Law 106–65; 113 Stat. 841), authorizations set forth in the tables in subsection (b), as provided in section 116 STAT. 27012302 or 2601 of that Act, shall remain in effect until October 1, 2003, or the date of the enactment of an Act authorizing funds for military construction for fiscal year 2004, whichever is later.
