SEC. 1. EXPIRATION DATE OF PROGRAM. (a) Section 4514 of title 5, United States Code, is amended to read as follows: “§ 4514. Expiration of authority “No award may be made under this subchapter after September 30, 1990.”. (b) The table of sections for chapter 45 of title 5, United States Code, is amended by amending the item relating to section 4514 to read as follows: “4514.Expiration of authority.”.
