SEC. 1002. YUROK TRIBE AND HOPLAND BAND INCLUDED IN LONGTERM LEASING. (a) In General.—The first section of the Act entitled “An Act to authorize the leasing of restricted Indian lands for public, religious, educational, recreational, residential, business, and other 116 STAT. 2870purposes requiring the grant of long-term leases”, approved August 9, 1955 (25 U.S.C. 415(a)) is amended by inserting “lands held in trust for the Yurok Tribe, lands held in trust for the Hopland Band of Pomo Indians of the Hopland Rancheria,” after “Pueblo of Santa Clara,”. (b) Effective Date.—The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply to any lease entered into or renewed after the date of the enactment of this title.
