SEC. 425. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. Section 417 of the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 11377) is amended to read as follows: “SEC. 417. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. “There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subtitle $120,000,000 for fiscal year 1989 and $125,000,000 for fiscal year 1990.”.
