SEC. 446. LIMIT ON GRANTS. Section 423(a)(2) of the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 11383(a)(2)) is amended by inserting “, in an amount not to exceed $200,000,” after “A grant”.
