Sec. 302. None of the funds appropriated by this Act maybe used to— (1) develop or implement a workforce restructuring plan that covers employees of the Department of Energy; or (2) provide enhanced severance payments or other benefits for employees of the Department of Energy, under section 3161 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1993 (Public Law 102–484; 42 U.S.C. 7274h).
