Sec. 311. Depleted Uranium Hexafluoride. Section 1 of Public Law 105–204 is amended in subsection (b)— (1) by inserting “except as provided in subsection (c),” after “1321-349),”; and (2) by striking “fiscal year 2002” and inserting “fiscal year 2005”.
