SEC. 482. ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS. (a) In General.— Subtitle E of title IV of the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 11401 et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the following new section: “SEC. 443. ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS. “The provisions of, and regulations and procedures applicable under, section 104(g) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 shall apply to assistance and projects under this title.”. (b) Conforming Amendment.— The table of contents in section 101(b) of the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 11301 prec.) is amended by inserting after the item relating to section 442 the following new item: “Sec. 443. Administrative provisions.”.
