SEC. 901. EXTENSION OF PROHIBITION AGAINST IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROPOSED REGULATIONS. Section 9118 of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1987 (42 U.S.C. 1383c) is amended by striking “October 1, 1988” and inserting “September 30, 1989”.
