Sec. 638. Each Executive agency covered by section 630 of the Treasury and General Government Appropriations Act, 1999 115 STAT. 554(as contained in section 101(h) of division A of Public Law 105–277) shall submit a report 60 days after the close of fiscal year 2001 to the Office of Personnel Management regarding its efforts to implement the intent of such section 630. The Office of Personnel Management shall prepare a summary of the information received and shall submit the summary report to the House Committee on Appropriations 90 days after the close of fiscal year 2001.
