(a) Section 101(a) of the Supplemental Appropriations Act, 1977 (2 U.S.C. 61h-6(a)) is amended in the first sentence by striking “four individual consultants” and inserting “six individual consultants”, and is amended in the second sentence by striking “one consultant” and inserting “not more than two individual consultants”. (b) This section shall apply with respect to fiscal year 2002 and each fiscal year thereafter.
