Administrative ProvisionsSec. 120. Amounts appropriated for fiscal year 2002 for the Capitol Police Board for the Capitol Police may be transferred between the headings “salaries” and “general expenses” upon the approval of— 115 STAT. 576 (1) the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives, in the case of amounts transferred from the appropriation provided to the Sergeant at Arms of the House of Representatives under the heading “salaries”; (2) the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate, in the case of amounts transferred from the appropriation provided to the Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper of the Senate under the heading “salaries”; (3) the Committees on Appropriations of the Senate and the House of Representatives, in the case of other transfers.
