(a) Definition of Homeless Individual.— Section 340(r)(2) of the Public Health Service Act (as redesignated in section 602(a)(1) of this title) is amended by striking “living accommodations.” and inserting “living accommodations and an individual who is a resident in transitional housing.”. (b) Provision of Technical Assistance.— Section 340(o)(2) of the Public Health Service Act (as redesignated in section 602(a)(1) of this title) is amended by striking “(p)(1)”, and inserting “(q)(1) for a fiscal year,”.
