Sec. 207. (a) Section 203(c) of the National Housing Act (12 U.S.C. 1709(c)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1), by striking “and (k)” and inserting “or (k)”; and (2) in paragraph (2)— (A) by inserting after “subsection (v)” the following: “and each mortgage that is insured under subsection (k) or section 234(c),”; and 115 STAT. 675 (B) by striking “and executed on or after October 1, 1994”. (b) The amendments made by subsection (a) shall— (1) apply only to mortgages that are executed on or after the date of enactment of this Act; and (2) be implemented in advance of any necessary conforming changes to regulations.
