Sec. 211. Section 213(a) of title II of division C of Public Law 105–277 is amended by striking the second sentence and inserting in lieu thereof: “There are authorized to be appropriated $6,700,000 per year to carry out the provisions of this Act through fiscal year 2004.”. This title may be cited as the “Department of Commerce and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2002”.
