Sec. 358. Priority Highway Projects, Minnesota. In selecting projects to carry out using funds apportioned under section 110 of title 23, United States Code, the State of Minnesota shall give priority consideration to the following projects:115 STAT. 871 (1) The Southeast Main and Rail Relocation Project in Moorhead, Minnesota. (2) Improving access to and from 1–35 W at Lake Street in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
