Sec. 363. Item 425 in the table contained in section 1602 of the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century (112 Stat. 272) is amended by striking “Extend” and all that follows through “Parish” and inserting the following: “Extend and improve Louisiana Route 42 from and along U.S. 61 to 1–10 in Ascension and East Baton Rouge Parishes”.
