Sec. 2213. Public Law 107–57 is amended—(1) in section 1(b), by striking “2003” wherever appearing (including in the caption), and inserting in lieu thereof “2004”;(2) in section 3(2), by striking “Foreign Operations, Export Financing, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2002, as is” and inserting in lieu thereof “annual foreign operations, export financing, and related programs appropriations Acts for fiscal years 2002, 2003, and 2004, as are”; and(3) in section 6, by striking “2003” and inserting in lieu thereof “2004”.
