Sec. 2303. In the statement of the managers of the committee of conference accompanying H.J. Res. 2 (Public Law 108–7; House Report 108–10), in the matter in title I of division C, under the heading “Federal Payment to the Chief Financial Officer of the District of Columbia” the provision specifying $100,000 to Friends of Fort Dupont to restore and upgrade unused Fort Dupont baseball fields shall be deemed to read as follows: “$100,000 to Friends of Fort Dupont to restore and upgrade unused Fort Dupont baseball fields and to support the Fort Dupont’s Kids on Ice program”.117 STAT. 594
