Sec. 2601. (a) The third sentence of section 1203(a) of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2003 (Public Law 108–7, division H) is amended by striking “not later than 90 days” and inserting “not later than 180 days”.(b) The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect as if included in the enactment of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2003.
