Sec. 2604. The Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2003 (Public Law 108–7, division H) is amended in the item relating to “Library of Congress—Salaries and Expenses” by striking “North 117 STAT. 600 Carolina” and inserting the following: “North Carolina, and for developing a high-capacity computer facility to serve that region”.
