In addition, for the costs of worldwide security upgrades, $10,000,000, to remain available until December 31, 2003. Embassy Security, Construction, and Maintenance For an additional amount for “Embassy Security, Construction, and Maintenance”, $149,500,000, to remain available until expended. Emergencies in the Diplomatic and Consular Service For an additional amount for “Emergencies in the Diplomatic and Consular Service”, $50,000,000, to remain available until 117 STAT. 562 expended, which may be transferred to, and merged with, the appropriations for “Diplomatic and Consular Programs”.
