(transfer of funds)Sec. 1306. Section 8005 of the Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2003 (Public Law 107–248), is amended—(1) by striking “$2,000,000,000” and inserting “$2,500,000,000”;(2) by striking “May 31, 2003” and inserting “June 30, 2003”; and(3) by striking the sixth proviso, as added by section 112 of division M of Public Law 108–7, beginning with “: Provided further,” and ending with “to which transferred”.
