SEC. 343. PERMANENT AUTHORITY FOR PURCHASE OF CERTAIN MUNICIPAL SERVICES AT INSTALLATIONS IN MONTEREY COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.(a) Authority.—Subject to section 2465 of title 10, United States Code, public works, utility, and other municipal services needed for the operation of any Department of Defense asset in Monterey County, California, may be purchased from government agencies located in that county.(c) Repeal of Existing Temporary Authority.—Section 816 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1995 (Public Law 103–337; 108 Stat. 2820) is repealed.
