Section 691(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended as follows:(1) Army.—Paragraph (1) is amended by striking “480,000” and inserting “482,400”.(2) Navy.—Paragraph (2) is amended by striking “375,700” and inserting “373,800”.(3) Air force.—Paragraph (4) is amended by striking “359,000” and inserting “359,300”.
