SEC. 131. ELIMINATION OF QUANTITY LIMITATIONS ON MULTIYEAR PROCUREMENT AUTHORITY FOR C–130J AIRCRAFT. Section 131(a) of the Bob Stump National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2003 (Public Law 107–314; 116 Stat. 2475) is amended by striking “up to 40 C–130J aircraft in the CC–130J configuration and up to 24 C–130J aircraft in the KC–130J configuration” and inserting “C–130J aircraft in the CC–130J and KC–130J configurations”.
