SEC. 843. MULTIYEAR TASK AND DELIVERY ORDER CONTRACTS.(a) Repeal of Applicability of Existing Authority and Limitations.—Section 2306c of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking subsection (g).(b) Contract Period.—Section 2304a of such title is amended—(1) by redesignating subsections (f) and (g) as subsections (g) and (h), respectively; and(2) by inserting after subsection (e) the following new subsection (f):“(f) Contract Period.—The head of an agency entering into a task or delivery order contract under this section may provide for the contract to cover a total period of not more than five years.”.
