TRANSFER OF CERTAIN MEMBERS OF THE PHARMACY AND THERAPEUTICS COMMITTEE TO THE UNIFORM FORMULARY BENEFICIARY ADVISORY PANEL UNDER THE PHARMACY BENEFITS PROGRAM.

SEC. 725. TRANSFER OF CERTAIN MEMBERS OF THE PHARMACY AND THERAPEUTICS COMMITTEE TO THE UNIFORM FORMULARY BENEFICIARY ADVISORY PANEL UNDER THE PHARMACY BENEFITS PROGRAM. Section 1074g of title 10, United States Code, is amended—(1) in subsection (b)(1) in the second sentence, by striking “facilities,” and all that follows through the end of the sentence and inserting “facilities and representatives of providers in facilities of the uniformed services.”; and(2) in subsection (c)(2)—(A) by striking “represent nongovernmental” and inserting the following: “represent—“(A) nongovernmental”; (B) by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and(C) by adding at the end the following new subparagraphs:“(B) contractors responsible for the TRICARE retail pharmacy program;“(C) contractors responsible for the national mail-order pharmacy program; and“(D) TRICARE network providers.”.
