SEC. 603. COMPUTATION OF BASIC PAY RATE FOR COMMISSIONED OFFICERS WITH PRIOR ENLISTED OR WARRANT OFFICER SERVICE. Section 203(d)(2) of title 37, United States Code, is amended—(1) in subparagraph (A), by striking “enlisted member,” and all that follows through the period and inserting “enlisted member.”; and(2) by striking subparagraph (B) and inserting the following new subparagraph:“(B) Service as a warrant officer, as an enlisted member, or as a warrant officer and an enlisted member, for which at least 1,460 points have been credited to the officer for the purposes of section 12732(a)(2) of title 10.”.
