SEC. 632. TRANSPORTATION OF DEPENDENTS TO PRESENCE OF MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES RETIRED FOR ILLNESS OR INJURY INCURRED IN ACTIVE DUTY. Section 411h(a) of title 37, United States Code, is amended—(1) in paragraph (1), by striking “military control” and inserting “control”; and(2) in paragraph (2)(A)—(A) by striking “or is entitled” and inserting “, is entitled”; and117 STAT. 1509(B) by inserting before the semicolon at the end the following: “, or is retired for the illness or injury referred to in subparagraph (B)”.
