SEC. 503. REPEAL OF REQUIRED GRADE OF DEFENSE ATTACHÉ IN FRANCE.(a) In General.—Section 714 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed.(b) Conforming Amendment.—The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 41 of such title is amended by striking the item relating to section 714.
