SEC. 1123. INCREASE IN ANNUAL STUDENT LOAN REPAYMENT AUTHORITY.(a) Increase.—Section 5379(b)(2)(A) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking “$6,000” and inserting “$10,000”.(b) Effective Date.—The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect on January 1, 2004.
