SEC. 2801. MODIFICATION OF GENERAL DEFINITIONS RELATING TO MILITARY CONSTRUCTION.(a) Military Construction.—Subsection (a) of section 2801 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by inserting before the period the following: “, whether to satisfy temporary or permanent requirements”.(b) Military Installation.—Subsection (c)(2) of such section is amended by inserting before the period the following: “, without regard to the duration of operational control”.
