SEC. 3135. REPORT ON INTEGRATION ACTIVITIES OF DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE AND DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY WITH RESPECT TO ROBUST NUCLEAR EARTH PENETRATOR. Section 1032 of the Bob Stump National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2003 (Public Law 107–314; 116 Stat. 2643; 10 U.S.C. 2358 note) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection:“(e) Integration Activities in Fiscal Year 2003 With Respect to RNEP.—The report under subsection (a) that is due on April 1, 2004, shall include, in addition to the elements specified in subsection (b), a description of the integration and interoperability of the research and development, procurement, and other activities undertaken during fiscal year 2003 by the Department of Defense and the Department of Energy with respect to the Robust Nuclear Earth Penetrator.”.
