Sec. 213. Hawaii Water Resources Study. The Hawaii Water Resources Act of 2000 (Public Law 106–566; 114 Stat. 2818) is amended—(1) in section 103—(A) in subsection (b)(1), by striking “Not” and all that follows through “the Secretary” and inserting “The Secretary” and(B) in subsection (e), by striking “$300,000” and all that follows and inserting “$2,000,000 for the Federal share of the activities authorized under this section”; and(2) in section 104(b), by striking “cost-effective,” and all that follows and inserting “cost-effective.”.
