naming of lock and dam 3, allegheny river, pennsylvaniaSec. 106. (a) Designation.—Lock and dam numbered 3 on the Allegheny River, Pennsylvania, shall be known and designated as the “C.W. Bill Young Lock and Dam”.(b) Legal References.—A reference in any law, regulation, document, record, map, or other paper of the United States to the lock and dam referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the “C.W. Bill Young Lock and Dam”.
