SEC. 212. AUTHORIZATION OF MAJOR MEDICAL FACILITY LEASES. The Secretary of Veterans Affairs may enter into leases for medical facilities as follows:(1) For an outpatient clinic in Charlotte, North Carolina, in an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.(2) For an outpatient clinic extension, Boston, Massachusetts, in an amount not to exceed $2,879,000.
