EFFECTIVE DATE.

SEC. 1118. EFFECTIVE DATE. This subtitle shall—(1) take effect 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act; and(2) shall apply to agreements described in section 1112 that are entered into 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act.
