SEC. 8012. CONSOLIDATION OF REPORTS ON CONTINUING DISABILITY REVIEWS. (a) In General.—Section 221(i)(3) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 421(i)(3)) is amended by striking “semiannually” and inserting “annually”. (b) Effective Date.—The amendment made by this section shall apply to reports required to be submitted after the date of the enactment of this Act
