SEC. 201. MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBERS. Section 106(p) is amended—(1) in the subsection heading by inserting “and Air Traffic Services Board” after “Council”; and(2) in paragraph (2)—(A) by striking “consist of” and all that follows through “members, who” and inserting “consist of 13 members, who”;117 STAT. 2523(B) by inserting after “Senate” in subparagraph (C)(i) “, except that initial appointments made after May 1, 2003, shall be made by the Secretary of Transportation”;(C) by striking the semicolon at the end of subparagraph (C)(ii) and inserting “; and”; and(D) by striking “employees, by—” in subparagraph (D) and all that follows through the period at the end of subparagraph (E) and inserting “employees, by the Secretary of Transportation.”.
