SEC. 161. TEMPORARY INCREASE IN GOVERNMENT SHARE OF CERTAIN AIP PROJECT COSTS. Notwithstanding section 47109(a) of title 49, United States Code, the Government’s share of allowable project costs for a grant made in each of fiscal years 2004 through 2007 under chapter 471 of that title for a project described in paragraph (2) or (3) of that section shall be 95 percent.
