SEC. 188. MARSHALL ISLANDS, MICRONESIA, AND PALAU. Section 47115 is amended by adding at the end the following: “(j) Marshall Islands, Micronesia, and Palau.—For fiscal years 2004 through 2007, the sponsors of airports located in the Republic of the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, and Republic of Palau shall be eligible for grants under this section and section 47116.”.
