SEC. 810. NOTICE CONCERNING AIRCRAFT ASSEMBLY.(a) In General.—Subchapter I of chapter 417 is amended by adding at the end the following:“§ 41723. Notice concerning aircraft assembly “The Secretary of Transportation shall require, beginning after the last day of the 18-month period following the date of enactment of this section, an air carrier using an aircraft to provide scheduled passenger air transportation to display a notice, on an information placard available to each passenger on the aircraft, that informs the passengers of the nation in which the aircraft was finally assembled.” .(b) Conforming Amendment.—The analysis for chapter 417 is amended by inserting after the item relating to section 41722 the following: “41723. Notice concerning aircraft assembly.”.
