SEC. 816. RECOMMENDATIONS CONCERNING TRAVEL AGENTS.(a) Report.—Not later than 6 months after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Transportation shall transmit to Congress a report on any actions that should be taken with respect to recommendations made by the National Commission to Ensure Consumer Information and Choice in the Airline Industry on—(1) the travel agent arbiter program; and(2) the special box on tickets for agents to include their service fee charges.(b) Consultation.—In preparing this report, the Secretary shall consult with representatives from the airline and travel agent industry.
